These terms govern use of JUrtubey digital services, including the LINE environment available at app.jurtubey.com.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the digital services made available by JUrtubey, S.L., Barcelona, Spain. By accessing or using a service, you agree to these terms and any applicable additional terms.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the services only lawfully, in accordance with authorized access, and in a way that does not interfere with their security, availability, or rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property
The services, their content, designs, software, data arrangements, and related intellectual property remain the property of JUrtubey or its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
4. Availability and Changes
We may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue parts of a service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
5. Third-Party Services
Services may interact with third-party services, including Meta, Instagram, and analytics integrations. Their availability and your use of them are subject to their respective terms and policies.
6. Business Intelligence Disclaimer
Analytical outputs generated by LINE or related digital systems do not themselves constitute contractual, financial, investment, or commercial commitments. Decisions based on such outputs remain the responsibility of the relevant user or organization.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, subject to any applicable mandatory law.
