Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of personal data associated with JUrtubey digital services.
How to Request Deletion
Email stuart@jurtubey.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or interaction.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request, particularly where this helps protect personal data from unauthorized deletion or disclosure.
What Happens Next
Eligible personal data will be deleted or anonymized. Information that must be retained for legal, security, accounting, or regulatory obligations may be retained only for the necessary period.
Meta and Instagram-Connected Information
Where relevant, applicable Meta or Instagram-connected information stored by JUrtubey will be included in a deletion request. Revoking Meta or Instagram authorization is separate from requesting deletion of information already stored by JUrtubey.
